L’AQUILA SALAMI
An incased, hand cut and aged salami typical of L’Aquila made from carefully selected pork. A medium-grain, cured sausage characterized by a deep red colour and a wonderfully fragrant aroma. No genetically modified ingredients were used in its production. It is packaged and sold in twine.
