TUTTO PROSCIUTTO
Prosciutto produced from the best pork, hand cut and then aged at a controlled temperature and humidity for at least 100 days. Its final colour is a uniform dark pink to light red interspersed with fat that is pure white in colour. We do not use any genetically modified ingredients in the preparation of this product.
